Junior Sales Associate 

Precision E-Business Group is a Canadian owned full-service EDI / B2B / Data Transformation provider currently going through a significant scale up phase! We are eagerly adding to our service offerings and are aggressively expanding our market reach across Canada. 


We are seeking a motivated self-starter junior sales associate to join the team during the summer. This person will be energetic and have a passion for success. 

The purpose of this role is to provide an exceptional experience for every client and every potential new customer. The candidate will be responsible for  

  • guiding the customer through the life of the sale 

  • create personalized experiences 

  • build trusting relationships with clients 

  • sharthe promotional offers suitable to the needs of the prospective customers. 


As a customer service team member, you will have the opportunity to have a clear impact on the company’ growth while developing your own sales and service skills. 


Job Highlights 

  • Responding to customers questions,  

  • Improving customer experience with outstanding customer service  

  • Develop in depth product knowledge 

  • Introducpromotions and opportunities to customers 

  • Selling products and services using solid arguments to prospective customers

  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services

  • Prepare quotations, product data sheets, and sales related documents 

  • Digital marketing (emailing contacts, content strategy  

  • Website Content management (& blogging) 

  • Social media familiarity (Twitter, Facebook & LinkedIn) 

  • Mobile marketing & using Adwords 

  • Analyzing Google analytics & comparative social media analytics/strategies. 

  • Performs other duties as assigned by manager 



  • 1-2 years’ experience doing related work (recent grads welcome to apply) 

  • Enrolled or recently graduated from a University or College program 

  • Proven work experience as a sales representative 

  • Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills 

  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback 

  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Access, etc) 

  • Familiarity with FreshSales & analytic services related to social media & Google. 

  • professional appearance 

  • Maintain a positive attitude and focus on a positive customer experience 

  • Self Motivated 

  • Strong, ethical decision maker 

  • Ability to multi-task and be sales goal-driven 

  • Strong ability to speak and communicate, and interface well with others in a diverse team environment. 

  • A quick learner who thrives in a growing environment and can manage time and priorities independently. 


Remuneration: This is a summer position with potential for extension
